What is a subject access request?
A subject access request (SAR) lets you ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and information about how and why we use it.
How to make a request
You can make a SAR by:

Please include enough information for us to identify you and locate your records. We may ask you to verify your identity.
Our response
We will respond within one month. This is usually free of charge, although we may charge a reasonable fee for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.
